With over 20 years of industry experience and international reach, Radiant Dev was founded on a simple belief: the staffing industry needed a better approach. Traditional models too often treat candidates as commodities and clients as transactions.

Meet Molly Gravatt
Molly founded Radiant Dev on a simple premise: that great technical work is first and foremost about the people who do it. After more than two decades placing technical talent across a broad range of industries, she set out to build a firm that treats candidates and clients with the respect and care the staffing industry too often overlooks.
Based in the Greater Tucson area, Molly leads Radiant Dev's staffing work across a breadth of technical disciplines — software and artificial intelligence, life sciences and healthcare, aero, space and defense, and engineering and construction. She pairs organizations with vetted technical talent and, when needed, full project teams. Her approach is grounded in deep relationships, cross-industry fluency, and a conviction that the right fit beats the fastest fill every time.
Beyond Radiant Dev, Molly serves as Co-Chair of the Women in the Workforce initiative at the Arizona Technology Council, advocating for equitable access and advancement for women across the state's tech sector. She holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
